Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Eat Well Age Less (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects when you visit our website or buy our digital guide Eat Well, Age Less: The 7-Day Protein Plan for Women 40+, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
When you visit our website. Our page has no forms. Like most websites, it may use cookies and similar technologies that automatically collect technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, time on page and the website that sent you to us.
When you buy. Checkout and payment are handled by Whop (whop.com). Whop collects your payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive the information needed to deliver and support your order, such as your name, email address, the product purchased, the price paid and the date of purchase. We do not receive or store your full card number.
When you contact us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
2. How we use your information
- To deliver the guide you bought and give you access to it
- To answer your questions and process refunds
- To understand how visitors use our page, so we can improve it
- To measure and improve our advertising
- To prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
3. Analytics and advertising tools
We may use the following third-party tools. Each one collects information under its own privacy policy:
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.): measures the results of our ads on Facebook and Instagram and helps show our ads to people who may be interested.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation): shows us anonymized heatmaps and session recordings of how visitors scroll and click, so we can improve the page. Clarity is set up to mask text you type.
- Google Analytics (Google LLC): counts visits and shows which pages and sources work best.
You can limit this tracking by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings, by adjusting your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings, or by using the opt-out tools offered by Google (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) and the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info).
4. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common industry standard for responding to it, so our website does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. You can still use the cookie and ad settings described above.
5. Emails
We currently send only emails related to your order, such as delivery and refund messages, and replies to your questions. If we start sending newsletters or promotional emails, we will update this policy, and every such email will include a one-click way to unsubscribe.
6. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business: Whop (checkout, payments and delivery), our email provider, and the analytics and advertising tools listed above. We may also share information if required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information for money.
7. How long we keep information
We keep order and support information for as long as needed to provide the guide, handle refunds and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Analytics data is kept according to each tool’s own settings.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on the state you live in (for example, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or Texas), you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. Email us at my.wellnessup+eatwellsupport@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
9. Security
We use reputable service providers and reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data online is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
10. Children
Our guide is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
11. Where information is processed
Our service providers may process your information in the United States and other countries. By using our website, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those countries.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed.
